Home Depot required all stores to receive new storefront graphics as part of its re-fresh program.

Window Film Depot deployed a dozen work crews to survey, remove and reinstall customer supplied graphics package. Store visits required coordination with store managers to ensure efficiency and minimize store disruption.

Mobilize to all US stores to remove existing and reapply new storefront graphics.

The Result

Home Depot storefronts now have updated clean and consistent storefront graphics and updated store hours and marketing supporting the HD brand mission.

USACE Recruiting Centers

USACE recruiting stations throughout the US required a new level of glass protection following 9-11 as mandated by the Department of Defense.

Required security clearances for installers  and multiple site points of contact created a challenge for project managers tasked with delivering across all 50 US states, Guam  and The VI.
