Energy Cost Analysis
We review building plans and analyze energy usage and cost data. We speak with tenants or employees to understand the type and severity of solar control issues they are experiencing. We present a range of window film options, and install free samples, to help you make an informed decision.
Pay-back Study
We provide highly reliable pay-back analysis, which is backed by 10 years of research experience. Savings is calculated using “Demand Analyzer” software, a Department of Energy recommended methodology and benchmark tool.
Typically, installations are “self-funding” within as little as 3 to 4 years while the savings continue for 25 years or more.
